Meditation is an internal journey wherein a person elevates sequentially through the Kundilini Chakras.
This is a solo journey wherein the voyager would not get any external help during the process.
All the masters of the past suggest not meditating unless and until the internal roadmap of the journey is clear to the voyager.
Miteiya teaches unique techniques to meditate based upon the teachings of the previous masters. Miteiya’s discourse on “Vishnu Avatars” in part 3 is key to easy meditation. Miteiya’s explanation while decoding “Avadhut Gita” and “Tripura Rahasya” also forms the key teaching of meditation.
In the section called “Yogacarabhumi” written in part 3 of the book, Miteiya reiterates the teachings of Lord Krishna and explains the reason for “Action”. Miteiya’s teaching of Yogacarabhumi using examples from epic of Mahabharata can be one of his key teachings. Miteiya also speaks about meditation while decoding “The Family Members” of Prophet Muhammad who could enter his shroud. The importance of Ali has been depicted as Lakshmana or Balram, who were reincarnation of Sheshnaag.
Miteiya believes that Sadhana or Meditation should be practiced only after complete scriptural knowledge is acquired. To reiterate his views, Miteiya narrates story of “Zeus and the Tortoise”. Miteiya also decodes “Sage Kashyapa” and “Kassapa Buddha” to emphasize upon his view.
Saadhna is not one of the optional methodologies to reach upper realms but it is the only method to unlock one’s powers and elevate upwards. Since this is an internal journey and targets “Mindlessness”, it is difficult to explain. Improper guidance about Saadhna or meditation may waste one’s life. Sanatan Dharma has explained meditation in its most appropriate manner and should be taken as the guiding force. Contemplation is “Profound Thinking and Visualizing”. The art of contemplation will be one of your biggest virtues to successfully attain the upper realms of Saadhna.
At all times, you should understand yourself as “Inner Gaze” depicted through Yudhisthir or Perseus. You should contemplate the battlefield of Kurukshetra wherein Dronacharya is trying to arrest you. Dronacharya is Mind and Satan. Through his various manifestations, it will attract you, lure you or frighten you. From Buddhist perspective, mind will act as “Demon Mara”.
From Christian perspective, you are advised to read the teachings of Saint Xavier or Jesuits to understand the art of “Contemplation”.
